    A first conversation, free and without commitment. Every situation differs: we take the time to look at what is possible.

  3. The proposal, then the application

    We send you a proposal setting out the support and its terms. Once you accept, we gather the elements and follow the file.

Prepare the first conversation about your stay

Start by describing your circumstances and the reason for moving to Switzerland. This gives us a basis for organising the discussions around your application.

  • Tell us your nationality, your current country of residence and whether you plan to move alone or with family.
  • Explain the purpose of your stay: employment, a business project or another situation that needs to be considered.
  • Indicate your intended canton, your preferred arrival date and any steps you have already taken.
  • Mention anything still undecided, such as your workplace or accommodation. The documents needed will depend on your situation; the initial enquiry form does not ask you to upload any.

Fees and timing for your support

The initial conversation is free and without obligation. The price and scope of support are set out in a proposal tailored to your project, before you accept it. Timing is discussed in light of the steps involved, availability and the parties concerned.

Which permit applies to me?

That depends on your nationality and on what brings you to Switzerland, among other things. It is the first thing we establish together, from your actual situation.

Can you be sure I will get it?

No, and nobody can be: the decision rests with the competent authority. What we can do is prepare a complete and coherent file with you.

Does setting up a company give me a right to reside?

Not automatically — these are two separate things. If your plan involves both, we prepare them together.
