Preparing your residence permit application

Which permit applies depends on your nationality and on what brings you here. We help you see clearly and prepare your application.

First conversation free, no commitment

What we do with you

  • Placing your situation

Your nationality, what brings you here, who comes with you: these shape everything that follows.

  • Working out what applies

There are several permits. We work out with you which one concerns you.

  • Preparing your file

Which documents to gather, in what order, and with whom they are filed.

  • Staying alongside you

We follow progress and keep you posted.

We gather the elements with you and coordinate the exchanges. Assessing your situation and handling the procedure are for a partner, found according to what your case needs. RDB Immobilier Sàrl remains your point of contact.

How it works

  1. You tell us about your situation

A few questions online. No documents needed for this first conversation.

  2. We talk it through

A first conversation, free and without commitment. Every situation differs: we take the time to look at what is possible.

  3. The proposal, then the application

We send you a proposal setting out the support and its terms. Once you accept, we gather the elements and follow the file.

Your questions

Which permit applies to me?

That depends on your nationality and on what brings you to Switzerland, among other things. It is the first thing we establish together, from your actual situation.

Can you be sure I will get it?

No, and nobody can be: the decision rests with the competent authority. What we can do is prepare a complete and coherent file with you.

Does setting up a company give me a right to reside?

Not automatically — these are two separate things. If your plan involves both, we prepare them together.

Tell us about your situation

A few questions are enough to begin. No documents needed.
