Finding your business premises

Offices, a shop, a workshop. We look with you for the place that suits your activity — to rent or to buy.

First conversation free, no commitment

What we do with you

  • Starting from your trade

We pin down with you the use, the size, the location, and whether you would rather rent or buy.

  • Searching around your location

Access, visibility, closeness to your clients or your team, in the area you have chosen.

  • Arranging the viewings

We book the appointments and group them so your trips are worth making.

  • Keeping you posted

We tell you regularly where the search stands.

This search we carry out ourselves. We remain your point of contact throughout.

How it works

  1. You describe your activity

What you do, with how many people, where you want to be, and whether you are looking to rent or to buy.

  2. We talk it through

A first conversation, free and without commitment, to pin down what you need and see what is possible.

  3. The proposal, then the search

We send you a proposal setting out the support and its terms. Once you accept, the search begins.

Your questions

Do you search for rentals, or for purchases?

Both. When renting, you deal with a landlord or a letting agency; when buying, with a seller, and the steps are of another kind. Tell us what you have in mind and we adapt the search.

Do you also search for office space alone?

Yes. If all you need is an address for your company’s registered office, however, that is a registered address rather than premises. We make the distinction with you.

Are you sure to find something?

We cannot guarantee any premises: when renting, the decision rests with the landlord; when buying, with the seller. We put forward the properties that match and prepare the viewings with you.

Let’s talk about where you want to be

Your activity, an area, a rough budget — that is enough to begin.
