A registered address for your company

Every company on the commercial register needs a registered address. It still has to match something real, and to hold up over time.

First conversation free, no commitment

What we do with you

  • Understanding what you need

The canton you have in mind, what your company does, and whether it exists yet.

  • Looking at what matters

The canton of registration, the nature of your activity, what the offer covers and how long it runs.

  • Telling you what is included

What is covered varies from one offer to the next. We set out the detail before you commit.

  • Coordinating the setup

We coordinate the exchanges while it is being put in place.

The arrangement is provided by a partner, found according to what your case needs. We coordinate the exchanges, and RDB Immobilier Sàrl remains your point of contact.

How it works

  1. You tell us what you need

The canton, your activity, and where your company stands.

  2. We talk it through

A first conversation, free and without commitment, to tell apart what needs an address from what needs actual premises.

  3. You receive a proposal

What the offer covers, how long it runs, and its terms. Nothing is set up until you accept.

Your questions

What does a registered address include?

That depends entirely on the arrangement: no two offers cover the same things. We set out the detail before you commit to anything.

How is it different from premises?

If your activity means receiving clients, employing staff or storing goods, premises are what you need. We make the distinction with you.

Is an address enough to set up a company?

A registered address in Switzerland is one of the things required, but not the only one — other conditions apply. We look at the whole picture with you.
