Do I need to have everything decided before contacting you?
No. You can write to us with questions rather than with a settled plan.
Do you work across the whole of Switzerland?
Yes, anywhere in Switzerland. Tell us the area you have in mind and we will look at what is possible.
Can I start a business in Switzerland without incorporating a company?
Self-employment may be an option for your circumstances, without immediately forming a Swiss limited liability company (Sàrl/GmbH) or public limited company (SA/AG). Residence and work requirements, recognition of self-employed status and the formalities for your activity still need to be checked.
Does setting up a company give me the right to live in Switzerland?
Not automatically — these are two separate things. If your plan involves both, we prepare them together.
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free and without commitment. If we can help, we then send you a proposal setting out the support and its terms; what it costs depends on the services involved and on your situation. The work begins only once you accept. No payment is taken through this website.
What happens to my request?
