  • Searching alongside you

    We follow the listings and the properties that match, in the areas you have chosen.

  • Arranging the viewings

    We book the appointments and group them together. If you are still abroad, we look at what can be done remotely.

  • Putting your file together

    When renting, Swiss letting agencies expect a precise application file. When buying, the documents are different ones. Either way, we tell you what to gather and how to present it.

This search we carry out ourselves. We remain your point of contact throughout.

How it works

    Renting or buying, an area, a type of home, a timeframe. Nothing is fixed.

  2. We talk it through

    A first conversation, free and without commitment, to refine it and see what is realistic in the area you have in mind.

  3. The proposal, then the search

    We send you a proposal setting out the support and its terms. Once you accept, the search begins.

Your questions

Do you search for rentals, or for purchases?

Both. The two work quite differently: when renting, you submit an application to a letting agency or an owner; when buying, you deal with a seller and the steps are of another kind. Tell us what you have in mind and we adapt the search.

Are you sure to find something?

We cannot guarantee any property: when renting, the decision rests with the landlord; when buying, with the seller. When renting, several applications are often needed — that is not a failure. The terms of our support are agreed with you at the outset.

Can we start before I have a residence permit?

The search can begin, and preparing it early is often useful. When renting, some letting agencies ask for documents tied to your status. When buying, a purchase by someone resident abroad follows its own rules. We look at your case with you.
