One question still open about our contact details
We publish no postal address, no phone number and no individual’s name. You reach us at the email address above, which the company reads itself.
Article 3(1)(s) of the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition requires anyone who “offers goods, works or services by means of electronic commerce” to state “their identity and their contact address, including for electronic mail”. Two points are settled neither by the statute nor by the guidance published by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs: whether a site that only collects a request to be called back — with no order, no payment and no contract concluded online — falls within that article at all; and whether “contact address” there necessarily means a postal address.
The question is open. It will be settled before the site goes public, and this page will be updated accordingly. We do not present it as resolved, and we do not assess here how much weight the remaining uncertainty carries: that would take an opinion we do not have.
Hosting and delivery
The pages, the application that receives your requests and the database are hosted by Hostinger. Emails are carried by Hostpoint.
The application and the database sit on one and the same machine, whose name and address are registered in France, in the Paris area — the host declares as much in the public registry of internet addresses. These point the same way without amounting to an attestation: written confirmation has been requested from the host, and this page will be updated when they answer.

The photographs are under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 licence or in the public domain: they allow commercial use and modification, and require no attribution. They have been resized and recompressed for display. None of them shows a property we offer — each one’s alternative text says so.
